The Sales and Support Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This individual will engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs, answer questions, resolve issues, and promote products and services. The Sales and Support Executive will collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Lead Qualification and Prospecting

o Proactively reach out to leads through phone calls, WhatsApp & emails.

o Quality leads and maintains a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

- Sales Process Management:

o Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations virtually.

o Understand dealer needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.





o Co-ordinate with Salesperson on field and recommend best solution to them

- Customer Relationship Building:

o Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.

o Provide timely follow-ups and ensure excellent customer service.

o Act as a trusted advisor to dealers, offering insights and guidance to address their challenges.

- Tracking and Reporting:

o Use CRM tools to manage and update lead data, sales activities, and progress.

o Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

o Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
