Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, IT, or any relevant technical background

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Tender Management – Online & Offline

- Identify and participate in online tenders through GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
- Handle offline tender submissions, quotations, and related documentation.
- Prepare technical bids, financial bids, BOQs, and other tender documents.
- Review eligibility criteria, specifications, deadlines, and tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, approvals, and document collection.
- Track tender status and follow up on results and work orders.

Sales & Business Development

- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in government and private sectors.
- Promote CCS products and services, including cold storage, cold rooms, refrigeration, HVAC,



and cold-chain solutions.
- Contact potential clients, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Conduct client visits, build business relationships, and support order conversion.
- Coordinate with clients for proposals, negotiations, and order follow-ups.

Required Skills
- Technical understanding of engineering projects and specifications.
- Knowledge of GeM, e-tendering, and offline tender procedures.
- Positive communication, negotiation, documentation, and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, IT, or other relevant technical backgrounds.
