Key Responsibilities

- Design & Development
- Design and develop robotic systems and automated solutions tailored to energy systems and industrial applications.

- Select appropriate actuators, sensors, and controllers for specific automation tasks.

- Develop control algorithms and software interfaces (PLC, HMI, SCADA, etc.).

- System Integration

- Integrate robotics systems into existing production or testing environments.

- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.

- Testing & Validation

- Create test plans and procedures for robotic systems and automation platforms.

- Conduct simulations and physical testing to ensure safety, reliability, and performance.

- Troubleshoot system malfunctions and optimize performance.

- Continuous Improvement & Support

- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify automation opportunities.

- Lead automation upgrades and retrofitting projects to modernize legacy systems.

- Provide ongoing support, documentation, and training for automated systems.

- Compliance & Safety

- Ensure all robotic systems comply with relevant safety and regulatory standards (ISO, OSHA, IEC, etc.).

- Participate in risk assessments and hazard analyses for new automation systems.
