Role OverviewWe are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager who can drive repeat purchases, customer engagement, and long-term customer value through strategic WhatsApp and Email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and campaign analytics, preferably in an e-commerce or D2C business.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute WhatsApp and Email campaigns to drive repeat purchases and customer engagement.
- Build automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and reactivation flows.
- Segment customers based on purchase history, behaviour, and RFM analysis.
- Develop compelling campaign copies to improve CTR, conversion rates, and revenue.




- Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, creatives, offers, and campaign timing.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribe rates, and revenue contribution.
- Maintain database hygiene and improve message deliverability.
- Analyse customer lifecycle data to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with design, technology, and performance marketing teams to optimize campaign execution.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Retention, CRM, Email, or WhatsApp Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp and Email marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Understanding of e-commerce/D2C customer journeys and retention metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights.
- Experience with customer segmentation, automated flows, and campaign optimization.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
