Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retention Marketing Executive role based in Jaipur.

The Retention Marketing

Executive will design and execute campaigns aimed at increasing customer loyalty, engagement, and lifetime value across Whatsapp Marketing. The role involves analyzing customer behavior and retention metrics, segmenting audiences, and optimizing communication journeys to reduce churn. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop offers,



content, and initiatives that encourage repeat business and strengthen brand relationships. Daily tasks include campaign planning, monitoring performance dashboards, running A/B tests, preparing reports, and suggesting data-backed improvements to retention strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective retention campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to understand audience behavior, preferences, and competitive trends.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to craft clear, engaging messages and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and customer relationship skills to connect retention initiatives with revenue and upsell opportunities.
- Experience in Whatsapp Marketing
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in using data and reporting tools to interpret campaign performance.
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
