- Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP services.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate BIM models with various disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and communicate with project stakeholders.
- Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project BIM standards.
- Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and reports from BIM models.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain model updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and assist in resolving coordination issues.
- Support project teams by providing technical modelling solutions and design documentation.
- Manage linked models, work-sharing environments, and BIM deliverables.
- Maintain BIM libraries, templates, and standards.
- LOD300 TO LOD400/LOD500 Preparation.
- Creation of Revit Family.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
