Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Generate a high-quality prospect database for Great Place To Work® India’s retail vertical
- Research and identify high-potential companies and accounts aligned with defined target segments.
- Build and maintain a clean, accurate, and continuously expanding prospect database.
- Identify and validate relevant senior HR decision-makers across target organisations.
- Enrich account records with requisite information using credible sources.
- Conduct competitor and peer mapping to uncover new prospecting opportunities.
- Maintain structured, CRM-ready data while following defined naming, classification, and quality standards.
- Use research, data, and AI tools to improve the speed and quality of account intelligence while independently validating findings.
