Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum Class 12 pass.
- Good communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi.
- Well-presented, confident and customer-friendly personality.
- Eager to work in a floor-based, active role.
- Able to manage children, ensure their safety and assist guests with games/activities.
- Self-motivated, energetic and responsible.
- Physically/medically fit to work long working hours as per mall operations.
- Comfortable working in a busy mall setting and handling customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage playzone/arcade floor operations smoothly.
- Assist and guide children and guests with games and activities.
- Monitor safety, cleanliness and proper usage of play equipment/games.
- Maintain discipline and provide a friendly guest experience.
- Support billing, entry/exit and other operational requirements as assigned.
Working Conditions: Weekly off and duty timings will be as per Mall/Company standards and operational requirements.
