Thoufeeque Restaurant is looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, maintain food and service quality, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, with experience in the hotel or restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, grooming, and discipline.
- Supervise restaurant staff, including captains, waiters, cashiers, and cleaning staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and food costs.
- Maintain daily sales reports, cash records, and operational reports.
- Control operating expenses and improve restaurant profitability.




- Ensure compliance with food safety and restaurant policies.
- Conduct staff training and improve team performance.
- Report daily operations and business performance to management.

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel management preferred.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and cost management.
- Ability to manage staff schedules and maintain discipline.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of POS billing systems.
- Knowledge of Malayalam is preferred; Hindi and English communication skills are an advantage.
- Professional grooming, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
