Role Description The Reservations Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bardez, responsible for managing and coordinating reservations for the company’s properties. The role involves handling reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, confirming bookings, updating reservation systems, and maintaining accurate records.

The Reservations

Executive will provide prompt and courteous customer service, address client questions, and ensure a smooth booking experience to support high customer satisfaction and repeat business.



Daily tasks include liaising with internal teams to verify availability, preparing basic reports on occupancy and bookings, and assisting with upselling relevant services to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Reservations management and Customer Satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills and an ability to identify and act on upselling opportunities.
- Relevant experience in reservations, front office, or customer-facing roles in real estate, hospitality, or related sectors is beneficial.
- Proficiency with reservation or CRM software, basic computer literacy (MS Office), and accurate data entry skills is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bardez, manage multiple inquiries, and maintain a professional, solution-oriented approach under pressure.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
