Role Description The Relationship Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore, responsible for building and managing customer relationships for home loan products. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective customers, explaining housing finance offerings, conducting initial eligibility assessments, and guiding applicants through documentation, verification, and approval processes. The role involves regular field visits, coordination with internal credit and operations teams, follow-up on leads, and ensuring timely loan disbursements.

Officer provides ongoing customer support, addresses queries and concerns, and promotes IKF Home Finance’s products in the local market through direct interactions and referral networks. The position requires maintaining accurate records, meeting sales and collection targets, and upholding the company’s standards of transparency, professionalism, and customer-centric service.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills to develop, maintain, and grow long-term customer and partner relationships.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge, particularly in housing loans, credit evaluation, and basic understanding of lending policies and compliance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to clearly explain loan products, handle queries, and deliver a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to generate leads, convert prospects, achieve targets, and actively promote affordable housing finance solutions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in housing finance, banking, NBFCs, or retail financial services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore region will be helpful.
- Ability to work on the field, maintain accurate documentation, and use basic computer and mobile applications for reporting and customer management.
