Description The Relationship Manager – Retail Health at USGI Legal Entity will be the primary liaison between our retail health network and external agents. You will lead agent recruitment and training initiatives, oversee daily field activities, analyze competitive landscapes, and cultivate solid relationships to expand market presence and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail health agents to meet growth targets.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for agents on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor and support agents' daily field activities to ensure compliance and performance standards.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to inform strategy and maintain market advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide timely resolution of client issues and escalations.
- Track and report on key performance metrics and agent productivity.




- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and new partnership development.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail health, sales, or relationship management.
- Proven success in agent recruitment and training programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and competitive market knowledge.
- Experience managing daily field activities and performance monitoring.
- Ability to travel frequently to field locations and client sites.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering high service standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross‑functional teams.
