Role Description The Relationship Associate role is a contract, on-site position based in Moga. The individual in this role will support and strengthen relationships with investors, distributors, and other stakeholders by providing timely information on mutual fund products, processes, and services. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer queries and service requests, assisting with transaction processing and documentation, and ensuring accurate communication of scheme features, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.

Associate will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, gather feedback from clients, and contribute to local marketing or investor education activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building skills to maintain and grow client and distributor connections.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, understand investor needs, and support informed recommendations.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for explaining products, processes, and regulatory information.
- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills to handle queries, complaints, and service requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Understanding of mutual funds and basic investment concepts, with the ability to learn ABSLMF product offerings quickly.
- Ability to work in a structured, compliance-focused financial services setting and manage multiple stakeholder interactions on-site.
- Preferably a graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field; prior experience in financial services, mutual funds, or banking is an advantage.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English, and basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM or similar tools.
