Key Responsibilities Product Registration: Prepare and submit dossiers for current product licenses and renewals (Form 32) via the CDSCO Sugam portal.

Compliance Management: Ensure all formulations adhere to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act Rules and BIS Standards for cosmetics and oral hygiene.

Labeling Claims Review: Audit product packaging, artwork, and marketing claims to ensure they are scientifically substantiated and legally compliant.

Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the State Licensing Authority (FDA Gujarat) and other government bodies.

Export Documentation: Coordinate with the export team to provide necessary documentation (COA, MSDS, Free Sale Certificates) for international market entry.

Internal Audits: Conduct periodic regulatory audits of the manufacturing facility to ensure adherence to GMP (ISO 22716) and WHO-GMP guidelines.

Education

B.Pharm / M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Cosmetic Technology.

Experience

1 to 3 years of core regulatory experience in the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry.
