- Accountable for the overall delivery of Digital support services in the region, ensuring that service performance meets or exceeds established goals / SLAs, within budget and with a positive customer satisfaction rating

- Build and manage a regional managed team (direct/matrix) that designs, operates, and continually improves the Digital support in the region

- Be the liaison with Business IT owner(s) for the respective services

- Shape the strategy for the support services both regionally and globally
- The incumbent is responsible for managing application support services for IT AS

- Conduct regular business reviews (at least on a quarterly basis) with the stakeholders to review performance

- Manage all Customer Service Managers (CSA)

- Insure compliance

- Insure all communication from corporate and RAMs is distributed





- Establish Standards of Performance for direct reports and set expectations on completion of responsibilities and duties

- This position is responsible for subregions

- Overseeing day-to-day regional customer service and Control Center operations

- Promote Safety, Quality, and Environmentally compliant initiatives in all activities

- Responsible for meeting all customer service and control center training requirements

- Works closely with operations to ensure timely communication to customers (internal and external)

- Develop and promulgate key performance indicators for all customers and the terminals

- Continuously assess Customer Service and Control Center processes and provide strategy and direction to make improvements
