Role Description The Regional Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across assigned centers to ensure smooth delivery of training programs and services. This role includes coordinating schedules, resources, and workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to meet organizational goals. The Specialist will collaborate with academic, sales, and administrative teams to support learner experience, resolve operational issues,



and maintain compliance with internal standards and external requirements.

The role also involves supporting regional projects, preparing operational reports, assisting in center-level planning, and contributing to initiatives that drive growth and efficiency in the region.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track operational performance, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact with learners and stakeholders, and provide transparent reporting.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support regional enrollment growth, foster relationships with prospective learners, and coordinate with business development teams.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee center processes, manage resources, and maintain standardized procedures.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, execute, and monitor regional initiatives within timelines and budgets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in education, training, or service operations, especially in multi-center or regional roles, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in teams are beneficial.
