Role DescriptionHawk Aerospace is looking for motivated individuals to join as Regional Drone Business Associates across India. This role combines drone service coordination, field operations, customer engagement, and regional business development.

The selected candidates will support the delivery and expansion of drone-based solutions within their local territories. Responsibilities may include coordinating field activities, assisting with drone operations, identifying customer requirements, developing business opportunities, and working with technical and operations teams to deliver suitable solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrone Operations and Field Activities

- Support drone-based projects involving agricultural applications, crop assessment, mapping, surveying, surveillance, and inspection.
- Coordinate with trained drone pilots and technical teams for field operations and customer demonstrations.
- Assist with site assessments, operational planning, equipment handling, and fieldwork coordination.




- Support routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance activities, subject to training and authorization.
- Maintain operational records, field reports, and service-related documentation.
- Follow applicable safety procedures and aviation regulations during drone-related activities.

Business Development and Customer Engagement
- Identify potential customers and drone service opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with farmers, agri-input dealers, businesses, institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Generate leads and support customer acquisition for Hawk Aerospace's drone services.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate appropriate service solutions.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and basic financial estimates.
- Analyze regional market needs and identify opportunities to expand drone service adoption.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills
- Educational background in engineering, agriculture, business, aviation, or a related field is beneficial.
- Freshers and experienced candidates with an interest in drone technology are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of UAV systems, drone operations, agricultural technology, mapping, or surveying is an advantage.




- Drone piloting experience or relevant training is preferred but not essential for candidates applying to coordination and business development responsibilities.
- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in customer engagement, fieldwork, and business development.
- Ability to work independently, coordinate with teams, and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, digital tools, or CRM platforms is an advantage.
