Job Title: Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) Technician

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related field

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Perform routine servicing, inspection, and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Check refrigerant levels, compressors, thermostats, and other system components.
- Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and system performance testing.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and according to technical standards.
- Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, refrigeration systems, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
