Job Summary

Green Properties is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Marketing Executive to promote property projects, generate qualified leads, develop customer relationships, and drive property sales through online platforms, direct marketing, and field activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote company properties and projects through online platforms, social media, property portals, and direct marketing activities.
- Identify potential buyers, generate leads, and follow up with prospective customers to develop sales opportunities.
- Conduct field visits, meet prospective customers, and arrange property site visits to explain project features, pricing, and benefits.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate information about available properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, real estate agents, and channel partners.
- Develop new customer networks through referrals, local market research, and promotional activities.




- Coordinate with the sales team to negotiate with prospects, follow up on enquiries, and support successful sales closures.
- Maintain customer databases, lead follow-up records, and daily marketing and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify recent business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned targets for lead generation, customer visits, and property sales.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Any degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate marketing, sales, or business development.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of online marketing platforms, social media, and lead generation.
- Willingness to travel locally, conduct fieldwork, and meet customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
