Position Sales

Executive – Real Estate Experience: 1–3 Years in Sales (Real Estate experience preferred) Job Type: Full-Time Company: Batra Real Estates Location: [Your Office Location] Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential buyers and investors. Handle client inquiries and understand their property requirements. Present and promote residential and commercial properties.

Arrange property site visits and follow up with prospective clients. Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.



Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

Stay updated on property market trends and new projects. Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales; real estate experience is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional attitude. Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
