- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Enforce use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments for all critical tasks
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for identified risks.
- Maintain records including incident reports, near-miss reports, safety checklists, and work permits
- Organize safety awareness drives: fire safety, first aid, electrical safety, work at height safety, etc.
- Conduct emergency drills (fire, electrical accidents, evacuation).
- Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Daily reporting to client and office, coordination with contractor
