A detail-oriented and highly organized R&D; Coordinator to join our research and development team. As an R&D; Coordinator, will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to facilitate smooth and efficient R&D; operations. Role will be involved coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and assisting with project planning and execution.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced research and manufacturing environment.This role will also provide regular reports on the department's projects progress.

- Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of the R&D; team, ensuring effective operation and effective communication among team members.

- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of R&D; projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Report on progress of projects to the RND Head.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, meeting minutes,



and project status for internal and external customers.

- Maintains an overall resource plan for the R & D group to ensure that projects meet schedules.

- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and distribution of materials.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, consolidate data, and prepare reports or presentations for management and stakeholders.

- Coordinate the procurement of necessary equipment, materials, and supplies for R&D; projects, working closely with procurement and vendor management teams.

- Assist in the coordination of intellectual property (IP) activities, including patent searches, documentation, and filings.

- Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing within the R&D; team, ensuring information flow and collaboration among team members.
