Role Description

- The Quality Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing quality-related activities in plant operations. Daily tasks include monitoring product quality parameters, supervising quality control testing, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct routine quality checks on galvanised nuts, bolts, fasteners and other parts.
2. Monitor galvanizing quality, coating thickness, surface finish and common coating defects.
3. Assist with chemical testing and monitoring of process parameters.
4. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
5. Maintain daily quality records, inspection reports and checklists.
6. Identify quality issues, report deviations and coordinate with the production team to resolve them.
7.



Follow established procedures and help maintain consistency in product quality.
8. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure that routine checks are completed on time

Who we're looking for

3. A person with good observation skills and attention to detail.
4. Someone who follows procedures, maintains accurate records and takes initiative when problems arise.
5. A candidate with a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
6. Prior experience in galvanizing or quality control is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
