Job Title: Quality Executive

Industry: Sweets and Food Manufacturing

Job Summary The Quality Executive is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process products, finished goods, and packaging materials meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves quality inspections, testing, documentation, process monitoring, complaint handling, and implementation of quality management systems to maintain product safety, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Control and Inspection

- Inspect incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products as per approved specifications.
- Conduct routine quality checks during production and packaging.
- Monitor product parameters and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials or products.
- Ensure proper sampling, testing, and release of finished goods.

2. Quality Assurance and Process Monitoring

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, GHP, and applicable quality standards.




- Monitor production processes to minimize defects, wastage, and product variations.
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO, HACCP, and other relevant quality systems, as applicable.
- Conduct internal process audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

3. Customer Complaints and Corrective Actions

- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality, packaging, and performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, procurement, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Qualification
- Any Graduate Degree or Diploma from renowned College/University.
