Role Description The Quality Control Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Naprod’s manufacturing facility in Palghar. This role oversees all quality control activities related to raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability studies to ensure adherence to GMP, regulatory, and internal standards.

The Quality Control

Manager will lead and mentor the QC team, plan and review analytical testing schedules, and ensure timely release of materials and products.

Responsibilities include managing laboratory documentation,



validating and maintaining analytical methods and instruments, coordinating with Quality Assurance, Production, and Regulatory teams, and supporting audits and inspections by regulatory authorities and clients. The role also involves driving continuous improvement initiatives in QC processes, training team members on quality and safety practices, and supporting new product development from a quality testing perspective.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust expertise in pharmaceutical quality control, including experience with raw material, in-process, and finished product testing, as well as stability studies.
- Candidates should possess skills in analytical techniques and instrumentation, such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy, dissolution testing, and routine calibration and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of GMP, GLP, and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., WHO, INVIMA, ANVISA, PICS) and be able to ensure compliance in all QC operations.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in documentation and data integrity, including preparation and review of test reports, SOPs, specifications, validation protocols, and adherence to ALCOA+ principles.
- Candidates should possess leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise QC staff, allocate work, conduct training, and foster a culture of quality and safety.
