We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Management System (QMS) Engineer to support, maintain, and continually improve our integrated management systems. The ideal candidate will have robust proficiency in AS9100 (aerospace QMS), with basic understanding/knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and customer-specific quality requirements. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, driving process improvement, and supporting certification audits across the organization.

Quality Management System (QMS) – AS9100 Focus

- Maintain, implement, and improve the AS9100-certified Quality Management System.

- Develop, update, and control QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, quality manual, process flows).

- Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.

- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

- Monitor, measure, and report QMS performance indicators.

- Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements and flowdowns.

- Track and interpret applicable regulatory, statutory, and customer requirements.





- Support the organization in achieving and sustaining industry certifications.

- Facilitate training and awareness sessions for employees on QMS and integrated management system requirements.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to ensure process compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Quality / related discipline).

- 2–5 years of experience in Quality / QMS engineering, preferably in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing industries.

- Proficiency in AS9100 QMS;

- Knowledge on ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 will be an advantage.

- Experience in internal auditing and handling third-party certification audits.

- Strong understanding of quality tools & methodologies (FMEA, 8D, PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma basics).

- Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Auditor certification in AS9100/ISO 9001 preferred.

- Knowledge of NADCAP, ITAR/EAR, or other aerospace-specific requirements is an advantage.
