Job Overview

We are looking for a Quality Control Executive to ensure incoming materials, in-process work and finished products meet approved drawings, specifications, company quality standards and project requirements for doors, windows, glass and related architectural systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections of materials and finished products.
- Verify dimensions, finish, hardware fitting, glazing, sealing, assembly and other specified quality parameters.
- Review approved drawings, specifications, samples and material requirements before inspection.
- Identify defects and non-conformities and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Support root-cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, NCRs and other quality records.
- Monitor corrective actions and verify closure within agreed timelines.




- Coordinate with production, installation, procurement and design teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support site inspections, client/consultant inspections and final handover activities when required.
- Assist in implementing quality procedures, inspection standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support internal and external quality audits and maintain required documentation.
- Ensure quality-related activities are carried out in accordance with applicable company and project requirements.
