Job Purpose:

To ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of electrical panels and related products by performing inspections, maintaining QC records, supporting production and service teams, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes maintaining machinery, tools, and safety standards to support smooth operations within the QC and production departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks of production panels and incoming materials to ensure compliance with technical specifications. [F QC 01,02,03] (RUNNING)

- Maintain and organize QC documentation and records according to panel QR codes for easy retrieval. [F QC 01,02,03,04]

- Support service and production teams with troubleshooting, installation guidance, and technical training.

- Assist in wiring, busbar assembly, and mechanical setup under defined processes.

- Ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and calibration of machinery used in production and QC activities. [PD 02]

- Maintain QC tools, measurement devices, and calibration accurately.

- Prepare reports on daily production QC, material inspection, defects,



and corrective actions.

- Conduct in-process QC on each panel in production , ensuring a focus on critical parameters.

- Daily 5s zone worked to be completed as per zone allotted.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of electrical panels, wiring, busbar assembly, and mechanical installation.

- Knowledge of QC processes, standards, and ERP systems for reporting and documentation.

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

- Basic mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.

- Valuable organizational and record-keeping abilities.

- Proactive problem-solving and coordination with production and service teams.

- Awareness of safety standards and ability to enforce compliance on the shop floor.

- Effective communication skills for training and reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
