Job Summary The Purchase & Stores Executive is responsible for timely procurement of materials, cost control, vendor coordination, and effective inventory management to support uninterrupted production and project execution. The role ensures the right material is available at the right time, cost, and quality while maintaining accurate stock records and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute purchase activities as per approved PRs, BOMs, and project requirements
- Source and negotiate with vendors for raw materials, bought-out items, and services
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in line with approval matrix
- Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery and resolve supply issues
- Develop and maintain an approved vendor list
- Support cost reduction through alternate sourcing and value engineering
- Ensure adherence to budgeted costs and commercial terms
- Handle receipt, inspection coordination,



storage, and issue of materials
- Maintain accurate stock records (GRN, issue slips, bin cards, ERP entries)
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels
- Coordinate with design, production, projects, and service teams for material requirements
- Maintain complete purchase and stores documentation

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate / Diploma (Engineering, Supply Chain, or Commerce preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in purchase and stores in manufacturing / project environment

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
