Role Description The Purchase Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing materials, evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices, and finalizing purchase orders. This full time, on-site role in Meerut involves coordinating with project, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely availability of quality materials and services within budget. The role includes maintaining vendor relationships, monitoring inventory levels, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Manager will analyze market trends, prepare procurement reports,



and continuously optimize purchasing processes to support real estate project timelines and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in procurement and vendor management, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract handling.
- Experience in inventory control, materials planning, and cost optimization within construction or real estate sectors.
- Proficiency in using procurement and ERP software, spreadsheets, and related business tools.
- Solid analytical, budgeting, and reporting skills to support data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure.
