Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Marketing to promote hospital services, develop strong professional relationships, and increase patient referrals. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing activities, networking with doctors and healthcare professionals, visiting clinics and other referral sources, and creating awareness about the hospital's medical services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities.

- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, consultants, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.

- Promote hospital services, specialties, diagnostic facilities, and available treatment options.

- Generate patient referrals and contribute to the achievement of marketing targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the hospital's referral network.

- Conduct promotional activities, distribute marketing materials, and communicate hospital service information.

- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth patient enquiries, appointments, admissions, and referrals.

- Collect market information, competitor updates, and feedback from referral sources.

- Maintain daily field visit reports, referral records, follow-up details, and monthly marketing performance reports.

- Participate in health camps, medical awareness programmes, promotional events, and community outreach activities.

- Follow hospital policies, qualified ethics, patient confidentiality requirements,



and applicable healthcare advertising guidelines.

- Achieve assigned field visit, networking, referral development, and marketing performance targets.

Educational Qualifications

- Any Graduate is preferred.

- Candidates with qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or Public Relations will be an added advantage.

- Experience in hospital marketing, healthcare field marketing, or medical representative work is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.

- Good negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.

- Ability to achieve targets and work independently.

- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

- Knowledge of local areas and healthcare networks is an advantage.

Working Conditions

- Full-time position requiring regular field visits.

- Must be willing to travel within assigned geographical areas.

- May be required to attend health camps, promotional events, and hospital marketing activities outside regular office hours, as scheduled.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
