Our multidisciplinary team works with children, adolescents, and adults to support emotional well-being, behavioural development, and psychological functioning.

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team and contribute to patient care, psychological assessment, therapy, and child development services.

Job Summary The Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing evidence-based psychological interventions, counselling patients and families, and collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals. The role includes working with children with developmental and behavioural difficulties, as well as adolescents and adults with mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments and prepare detailed psychological reports.
- Provide individual counselling and evidence-based psychological interventions.
- Work with children presenting with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning difficulties, behavioural problems, and emotional challenges.
- Provide counselling and psychological support to adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, and other psychological concerns, within the scope of competence.
- Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Provide parent counselling, caregiver guidance, and psychoeducation.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, workshops, and mental health awareness activities.




- Maintain professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and appropriate clinical boundaries.
- Contribute to the development of psychological services and child development programmes at Krish Hospitals.

Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, or a relevant specialization from a recognized institution.
- Relevant clinical or counselling experience is preferred; freshers with appropriate qualifications and practical skills may apply.
- Experience in child psychology, developmental assessments, behavioural interventions, or psychotherapy will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, parents, adolescents, and adults.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
- Strong documentation, organizational, and patient-management skills.
