- Analyze EPS System requirements and prepare compliance matrix for customer RFI/RFQ’s.

- Coordinate tasks internally within Mobis to meet the project schedule targets.

- Execute EPS system performance calculations based on customer requirements. Benchmark system & performance evaluation for EPS system

Required Skills:

- Execute EPS system performance calculations based on customer requirements.

- Strong problem solving ability and good communication & coordination skills

- Experience in the development or Electrical Power Steering (EPS), including software and hardware, system sizing and packaging.

- Must handle steering projects & experience in dealing with customer

- Perform Electrical Power Steering (EPS) system design of components preferably using Catia V5 with PLM experience

- Analyze EPS System requirements and prepare compliance matrix for customer RFI/RFQ’s.
- Positive Understanding of vehicle dynamics and steering system.

- Initial Root cause analysis for field & in plant issues for steering
