Core responsibilities

- Project planning and management: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress to ensure objectives are met.

- Team leadership and coordination: Lead, direct, and supervise the project team, providing guidance and motivation. Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure productive use.

- Monitoring and reporting: Track project progress against key metrics and ensure adherence to objectives. Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and other stakeholders.

- Quality and safety compliance:



Ensure work is completed according to quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct site visits to inspect work and ensure compliance.

- Risk and issue management: Identify potential project risks and challenges, develop mitigation plans, and implement solutions as they arise.

- Sub Contractor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.

Facilitate communication between team members, clients, vendors, and other departments.
