Minimum Qualification
- B.S. Engineering Technology
- Quality Lead for the AGEL site.
- Understanding of the customer requirements. Implementation of Quality Management systems.
- Internal or Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 QMS standard.
- Conducting internal audits, CAPA, and site management review meetings.
- MIS to client and HO.
- Awareness of Indian and international standards.
- Awareness of the project quality plan and field quality plan preparation and its implementation.
- Awareness of the incoming materials inspections, in-process inspections, and final site acceptance tests and compliances.
- Tech savvy,
problem-solving & decision-making quality-oriented engineer with thorough understanding in project and people management.
- Skilled at analyzing, troubleshooting problems, and multitasking. Sound technical knowledge and ability to identify and resolve problems in early stages to avoid time/cost expenditures.
- Sound presentation and communication skills.
