Role & responsibilities

Required Candidates from Construction Industry who have worked under Civil Contractor in Industrial, Institutional, Commercial, Residential and Housing Projects. Candidate should :

- Lead and Manage construction project from Start to completion
- Plan Project schedule and Execution as per drawings, specification and timeline
- Coordinate with client , consultant, contractors and team
- Good in team management and manage Billing and daily progress report
- Aware of all compliances, Safety norms, Quality Norms, IS standards
- Technically verry sound and capable of risk management at site and ensure timely project delivery
- Take ownership

Preferred candidate profile

- Valuable communication Skills in English and Hindi
- Proficient in client Billing
- Process oriented and cost controlling skills
- Good command on Computer ( MS Office, Auto CAD, Email . Communicate with client and resolve the hindrances at site and perform the work as per the BOQ and site requirements.
- Manage the team efficiently
- Can relocate to any location as per the Company requirements.
