Department: Project Management / Engineering

Experience: 8–10 Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related engineering discipline

Preferred Industry: Medical Devices, Medical Assembly Automation, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Industrial Automation, and Injection Moulding

Key Skills & Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Develop and track project schedules using MS Project.
- Manage automated and semi-automated assembly lines, robotics, machine design, inspection systems, testing equipment and line integration.
- Handle mould development, injection moulding trials, sampling, process optimization and approvals.




- Ensure compliance with applicable medical device quality and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, risks, milestones and project performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, international stakeholders and management.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards and status updates using ERP systems and other project management tools.

Preferred Skills

- Solid project planning, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, ERP systems and project dashboards.
- Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
