Need to Handle all projects of Kolkata along with 2 PS, Need to meet clients as and when required,all communications related to site readiness to payment collection will be the responsibility of PM. Need to take care of CT and FPY. The Project manager - NI would be responsible for:

- The actual project executions.
- Completion in his/her territory by proper allocation of resources (men, money and material).
- Achieve on time delivery, good quality, employee productivity and customer satisfaction.

1. Responsibility

Plan the project, distribute and monitor the performance of installation engineers

- Supervise and control the tasks of current installation and modernizations

- Supervise the execution of the WIP jobs, materials, assemblies, and documentation.
- Ensure Process implementation and improvements (Production clearance, Site readiness,



Audits etc)

- Regular follow up on site updates and WIPs.
- Maintain a communication channel with Customers for resolving and closing the issues.
- Impart training and ensure availability of trained resources (direct and subcontractor) through planning.

- Lead and train the installation and subcontractor team
- Work proactively to avoid firefighting and control cycle time.
- Subcontractor development and ensure they follow the Company rules related to Safety and Quality.

- Collection of Payments from customer as per the progress of site .
- Timely planning adn rotation of resources.
- All compliance documents submission to customer .
