Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-Technical Project Manager with strong project management skills and mandatory knowledge of FATCA. The role involves leading regulatory and compliance initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of complex projects within a banking or financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory, compliance, and operational transformation projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Establish project governance, maintain RAID logs, and prepare regular status reports and management presentations.
- Coordinate with Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to drive project execution.
- Gather business requirements, assess existing processes, and support target-state planning and implementation.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, escalating concerns when required.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across regional and global teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Support change management, stakeholder communication,



and implementation activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12–15 years of overall corporate experience, including 8–10 years in Project/Program Management.
- Mandatory knowledge of FATCA or US taxation.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services, preferably in regulatory, compliance, tax reporting, or operations-related projects.
- Solid expertise in project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight.
- Experience preparing executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of CRS, Form 1042, or Tax Information Reporting.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI initiatives, process automation, or operational transformation.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies or Lean Six Sigma.

Important Note This is a Non-Technical Project Management role . Candidates should have strong regulatory domain knowledge, particularly FATCA, along with proven experience in managing projects, governance, and senior stakeholder relationships.
