We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager SCADA & EMS to manage end-to-end execution of SCADA and Energy Management System projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage SCADA & EMS project execution
- Plan schedules, resources, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Track progress and manage risks
- Ensure quality, safety, and technical compliance
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning
- Handle client communication and financial reporting
- Ensure billing and project closure
- Project reporting and presentations for client and internal stakeholders

Key Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
- 5 to 6 years of experience in SCADA / EMS project management
- Experience in EMS / infrastructure projects preferred
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Technical & Software Skills





- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet, Advanced Excel, and Primavera P6
- Experience with SCADA / EMS platforms like Siemens WinCC, Schneider EcoStruxure, or ABB SCADA
- Familiarity with tools like ETAP or DIgSILENT PowerFactory
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Power tools and SAP knowledge is a plus

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Smart Grid / Utility Automation projects
- Experience in EMS (Energy Management System) projects preferred
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
