- Develop & Maintain Project plan aligned with customer milestone
- Lead program requirements, scoping with internal CFT & Customers
- Drive project execution from scoping through delivery.
- Drive team to assess risks & identify solutions timely, efficient implementation of solutions with meticulous tracking
- Communicate schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks across teams and to stakeholders along with change management/control
- Experience in the development of Chassis embedded systems
- Socialize ideas, make recommendations, develop plans, and gather consensus to move forward
- Produce weekly status reports and organize weekly status meetings
- Lead and coordinate efficient engineering process with CFT & Suppliers
- Develop plans & implement to mitigate any issues that affect the project deliverables
- Manage project issues and customer escalations in systematic manner
- Deploy standard issue handling methods (8-D, 3x5 Why...)
