- Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently
- Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines

- Validate Project outcome along with stakeholders.
6.Closely look at the saving target defined by stakeholders and re-validate Plan Vs Actual saving monthwise.
7.Conclude the project activities, assess project performance, and generate a project closure report to document achievements, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects
