– Project Manager (Industrial Construction)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 4–6 years of experience in industrial construction projects to oversee project planning, site execution, resource management, quality, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor industrial construction projects from start to completion.
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
- Monitor project budgets, BOQs, billing, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and construction requirements.
- Review technical drawings, track project progress, and resolve site-related issues.




- Prepare progress reports and conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure timely project completion and handover.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in industrial construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of civil construction, structural works, and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Excellent leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
