About the role-

1. We are looking for an aviation professional with strong knowledge of aviation operations, industry functions, procurement, and commercial decision-making to support international B2B aviation conferences.
2. The role focuses on identifying the right companies to sponsor or exhibit at conferences and determining the right audience of buyers, decision-makers, and senior executives those companies want to reach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Aviation Industry Knowledge: Understand aviation functions such as ATC, ground handling, airport operations, aircraft acquisition, MRO, and aviation technology.
- Sponsor Identification: Identify relevant companies offering aviation products, software, equipment, and services that would benefit from conference participation.
- Buyer Mapping: Identify airlines, airports, aviation authorities,



and other organisations that purchase these solutions, along with their key decision-makers.
- Procurement Understanding: Understand aviation purchasing processes, major projects, investment priorities, and the roles involved in high-value buying decisions.
- Conference Strategy: Align conference topics, sponsors, speakers, and delegates to create meaningful business opportunities.
- Market Research: Research companies, industry trends, upcoming projects, and potential buyers to support sponsorship and delegate acquisition teams.

Required Qualifications:

- 6–10+ years of relevant aviation industry experience; operational, ATC, ground handling, procurement, or aviation technology.
- Strong understanding of aviation products, services, industry functions, and purchasing processes.
- Ability to identify potential sponsors and map their target customers and buying decision-makers.
- Robust research, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
