One of our MNC Clients have a vacancy for Project Head- Civil in Pune

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end civil execution for a G+25 and above high-rise residential project using Mivan aluminium formwork, ensuring delivery against project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and handover commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall civil project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery from mobilization through finishing and handover.
- Develop and track construction schedules, milestones, manpower plans, material requirements, and resource allocation.
- Oversee Mivan formwork cycles, reinforcement, RCC works, concreting, blockwork, plastering, finishing, and allied civil activities.
- Coordinate with design, planning, MEP, quality, safety, procurement, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Review drawings, method statements, work programms, and technical submissions; resolve site-level execution issues.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, cost, quality, and risks; initiate corrective actions to recover delays and avoid rework.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, quality plans, and site safety procedures.




- Lead contractor and subcontractor performance reviews and maintain transparent reporting on progress, constraints, and decisions.
- Drive snag closure, documentation, testing coordination, and smooth project completion and handover. Mandatory Requirements
- 15–20 years of relevant civil construction experience, including substantial hands-on leadership in G+25 or higher high-rise residential projects.
- Practical experience with Mivan aluminum formwork technology and high-rise RCC construction.
- Experience managing project execution through finishing and final handover

.• Strong command of project planning, site coordination, quality control, contractor management, and construction documentation.
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

Preferred background: Candidates from reputed real estate developers, construction companies, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) organizations will be preferred.
