Experience: 5 Years in Commercial Building Projects
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor commercial construction projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
- Review civil and structural drawings and coordinate with MEP teams.
- Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure quality standards and site safety compliance.
- Monitor BOQ, quantity estimation, material consumption, and project expenses.
- Prepare progress reports and coordinate site inspections.
- Identify technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of the project.
Perks & Allowances: Transportation and accommodation allowances will be provided by the company as per company policy.
Pay: ₹239,000.00 - ₹805,000.00 per year
