Role Description The Project Design Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kozhikode, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this position, the coordinator supports the planning and delivery of design-focused projects, aligning interior design and architectural concepts with digital product requirements and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, organizing design review meetings, tracking milestones, and ensuring all stakeholders have the information and materials they need.

The role involves maintaining clear communication between designers,



developers, and clients, documenting requirements, and following up on action items to keep sprints on track. The coordinator also helps prepare presentations, design briefs, and project reports, while contributing to process improvements that enhance collaboration and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and support agile delivery.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying requirements clearly to stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Interior Design and Architecture skills to understand spatial concepts, design intent, and client needs.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., project tracking software, documentation tools, and communication platforms).
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, prioritize multiple projects, and adapt to fast-paced, agile environments is preferred.
- Prior experience coordinating design or construction projects, familiarity with agile methodologies, and basic understanding of digital product development are advantageous.
