Role Description

- Project Manager will provide end-to-end project management and delivery oversight for the Corporate Bank Technology scope of projects covering Data Migration, Delivery and Cut-over Planning.

- The role requires Corporate Banking and Payments domain understanding, with the ability to develop a view of business processes, technology flows, application dependencies and cross-divisional impacts.

The Project

Manager will translate business requirements into structured delivery plans and drive execution across multiple technology tribes and stakeholder groups.

- Transformational mindset who would help align changes to meet the banks strategic goals and transformation from our legacy systems to a more strategic alignment

Your key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of projects supporting the India Corporate Banking business.

- Plan and facilitate workshops, design sessions, and working groups across business, operations, technology tribes, and partner teams.

- Drive project governance including milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, documentation, financials, and budget tracking

- Coordinate with key stakeholders and external consultants across multiple divisions of the Bank to establish priorities and drive timely milestone completion and closure

- Support mock migrations, implementation rehearsals, and final production migration.

- Own technology cutover planning, including runbook readiness, business and operations sign-offs, implementation coordination, and post-go-live support

- Promote alignment with the Banks strategic architecture and transformation objectives,



challenging legacy approaches where appropriate and driving adoption of strategic solutions

Your skills and experience

- Understanding of Payments, Corporate Banking processes, and the impact of change across business, operations, technology, and other Bank divisions.

- Project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives

- Leadership and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Corporate Bank business stakeholders, other Bank stakeholders, external consultants, technology tribes, and teams at different levels of seniority

- Experience with project governance, RAID management, dependency management, budget tracking, implementation planning, and management reporting

- Proven communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to operate effectively in a complex matrix setting involving multiple business and technology organization

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
