About the Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated Site Engineers (PMC) to join our ongoing Ship Repair Facility Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Work at project locations across India.

The selected candidates will be responsible for site supervision, construction monitoring, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring that construction activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the Project Management Team.
- Monitor construction progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.




- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Ensure proper execution of civil and marine construction activities as per project requirements.
- Monitor construction materials, workmanship, and site safety practices.
- Review drawings, verify site measurements, and maintain relevant project documentation.

Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects.
- Experience in ship repair facilities, jetty, port, harbour, or other marine infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Solid understanding of site supervision, quality control, construction safety, and project coordination.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work at project locations anywhere in India.
