CAP ProjectX is a growing Design & Build company delivering end-to-end solutions across retail, hospitality, commercial and corporate spaces. From concept and design development to execution and handover, we take complete ownership of projects across architecture, interiors, MEP, HVAC, structural coordination, quantity surveying and project management.

We are looking for a Project Architect who can take ownership of projects from design development through execution and handover, while ensuring quality, timelines, budgets and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Ownership & Execution
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects from design development to project completion and handover.
- Coordinate and drive projects across design, procurement, vendors, consultants and site execution teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor execution against approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Identify project risks, site issues and design conflicts and proactively drive resolutions.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants to understand requirements and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients.

Design & Technical Coordination

- Review and develop architectural and interior design drawings in coordination with design teams.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP, structural,



HVAC and other services.
- Ensure drawings and technical details are practical and suitable for site execution.
- Review shop drawings, material specifications and execution details.
- Resolve design and technical issues arising during execution.

BOQ & Commercial Coordination

- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs and material requirements for projects.
- Understand drawings, specifications and translate them into accurate quantities and scope of work.
- Coordinate with QS, procurement and vendors to ensure alignment between BOQ, drawings and actual site requirements.
- Support estimation, costing and value-engineering exercises wherever required.
- Monitor project scope and identify variations or additional requirements during execution.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Participate in client meetings, site meetings and project reviews.
- Communicate project requirements, progress, challenges and solutions clearly.
- Build strong working relationships while maintaining project standards and timelines.

What We’re Looking For

- B.Arch / equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior fit-outs or design & build projects.




- Strong hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Experience working on retail, hospitality, corporate/commercial or similar projects.
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive them from design through execution and handover.
- Good understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, material specifications and costing.
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials and site execution.
- Good understanding of coordination between architecture, interiors, MEP and structural services.
- Strong communication, coordination and client-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Positive to Have

Experience in a Design & Build / turnkey / interior contracting environment.

Experience managing multiple projects or project teams.

Exposure to procurement, vendor coordination and project costing.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant design tools.

Experience with project documentation, schedules and reporting.
